Mushroom afficianodos

I would like to share something with you.

A drop of water in a saucepan, knob of butter, splash of Worcester sauce, small splash of Tabasco. Heat it up, stir in sliced mushrooms, boil off the water, fry for a bit. Serve.

This morning atop of smoked bacon and a fried egg on toast.
