I think you touched upon it very intelligently in your post.

Even before the pandemic, the retail world is shifting.
If you don't shift and adjust you will end up like a record shop.....
Everyone who understands this stuff has an online/social media strategy.
I know its tough when you are a retailer of larger and heavier items but it may require a pivot of strategy.

I know a guy who made a killing in California selling patio heaters when he realized nearly all Restaurants were going to outside dining.
