The thing that's crippling me is that in October we had our best month ever.

Demand far outstripped supply and as a result we pre ordered a lot of stock, in the knowledge that nobody else had any. That was all delivered in just before Christmas, I've just paid the invoices, about 60 grand, and now I'm paying over a grand a month to store it.

Combination of perfect storm and bad judgement call.
