Rahul from Amazonia was very nice about it and "shared my frustration" but not sure I had

any frustration to share really, pretty horizontal about the whole dead pixel society thing really to be honest with you but from past experience one dead pixel normally leads to another two and then before too long it's black screen of death o'clock and nobody wants that apart from gary glitter and that horse has long since bolted. The potential bonus ball this time is Rahul neglected to ask for my credit card details to pay for the new laptop and this would have, like last time, been refunded to me on return by courier of the faulty unit.

Maybe Amazon are buying me off in the hope that they don't get a bad review on the wroth.
