What I saw was:

1. Efficacy data lacking from trials in older age groups but implication is it is fine, if slightly less effective
2. Germany has invested heavily in Pfizer vaccine ao were always likely to prioritise that
3. Also, for them, means they are potentially less bothered by the commission arguing over AZ supplies
