I suppose it depends what they mean by efficacy

If its a case of more people can still get it so its less effecive in terms of prevention but still works to prevent severe disease then its not so worrying.

If it means you can still get it and its just as bad then clearly thats a "concern."

Its interesting that with the Novovax and the J&J vaccines, they are saying how they are less effective v the SA they are still 50%-60% effective which is on a par with the flu vaccine.

Its a bit worrying how quiet they are about the effectiveness of the Astrazenica vaccine against it though.
