His statics for youth football where exceptional according to Bolton Manager

Seems the way we scout/analyse players for our recruitment. Wonder if a Hoolahan or Ashton would be signed these days. Natural talent but possibly not hitting the data we look for?
In fairness it’s working well for the club and hopefully we have another future star player.
