No. That's absolutely not what I said. That would be ridiculous.

However if my dog wanders into someone's garden and takes a dump and kills a cat I get fined and my dog is considered to be dangerous and is very likely to be be put down.

A cat wanders into my garden, takes a dump and kills my children's guinea pig. Nothing.

That's not fair is it?
