I thought that bit from Kruls interview was illuminating

about the younger players feeling overawed when walking onto a field with a bunch of legends for the first time. They're all past that now. I'm pretty confident we'd do much better if we went up this time, even without too many changes, though I'd like to see a couple and it may be that we have a couple imposed on us too.
