I do think there's an element of control / trolling in his behaviour though. Mugging me right off by pissing me about. He always eats his food in the end after all. It's just that most dogs wold it down straight away.

When I was a kid and my mum was preparing our dog's food, she'd growl at me with bared teeth if I even entered the kitchen!
