If the Champs has a wage-cap then any sensible mid-ranking PL side will see the danger of relegation into that environment and they will look to level the playing field, by limiting PL wages.

Ticket prices, membership schemes, matches being moved to suit broadcasters, players being paid £1 million to sit at home - all these are clear indicators of the need for change.
