I was absolutely shocked to read about this

Once decent pub on huge plot of land ripe for residential redevelopment, left to deteriorate for 3 years as owners make half arsed efforts to find new tenants.
We know where this one is headed.
Would be amusing if the planners showed some balls and insisted on the pub being rebuilt.
