He told Jeff he didn’t think we’d be returning to the Prem and gave a very churlish review of our performance(s) (He’s seen us a few times and not been impressed). He thinks Brentford will win their games in hand – although he didn’t explain how that will somehow put them ahead of us.

There was no credit for us having a 20 year old goalkeeper, players off sick with Covid, the fact that we are clear even if we aren’t in top gear. Out of all of them, why did they keep Merse?
