Having worked for some very large multi national companies

over the years it’s amazing how the Doncaster type character seems to thrive in spite of any real ability.
They tend to hide their lack of ability beneath a bland give little away personality, whilst also dressing the part and saying the right things to the right people.
It’s only when there is a seismic shift in the ground beneath them that these types tend to be found out for what they are.
Doncaster was remunerated very generously by NCFC, certainly compared to his value.
He was well and truly found out at NCFC as he appears to have been on his current role.
