I don't think we see Xavi as a permanent option

I don't think we'd be making a signing that will become permanent on promotion if we were planning to keep Xavi beyond the end of his loan.

We'd be looking at a deal to the end of the season to provide cover while McCullum and Mumba continue to develop.
