I've got a similar amount of music (ripped from my 1400 cds and a decade's worth of Emusic subscription) and now primarily use Spotify.

Backed the whole library up to a portable hard disc and also to a mahousive SD card which I use on my phone, for the stuff I've got that Spotify doesn't carry.
