I know what you mean, I moved out to country 18 years ago and when the kids were young

I may as well have just kept the car engine running 24/7. What you think is an idyllic life, wandering the country lanes is a load of rubbish. Its drivers absolutely caning down twisty roads, massive tractors churning up the verges, obviously no footpaths, no way the children could walk to their school which was 3 miles away, the majority without a footpath.
