Putting deaths to one side though

A huge number of people are requiring treatment to survive, surely that population requires vaccination before we can really relax the restrictions?

Is that people aged over 50? So perhaps Easter is right, or a month after allowing for more second doses and the effectiveness of the first dose to build up?
