A chilled almond & garlic soup with raisins and tiny diced apple I had at a restaurant in Cordoba
...which also served an oxtail stew which just melted in the mouth. It tasted unbelievably rich as if it had been cooking for days - raba de toro
Afties I'm not a big sweet person so I'd cop out with a lemon sorbet served in a big old lemon
To drink, Everard's Tiger and a lovely Sangiovese wine.
