if only there was an overarching global health organisation set up to do that job

i get the learning from meta data but i don't think the WHO take much notice of this particular site on even a weekly basis. so many dynamics and variables involved it is utterly ridiculous to reduce it down to a national worlds sickest man competition that isn't helping anything.
