agreed, by the time he went to Villa I was hoping he'd fail every single week

It was always clear he was an unpleasant and rather nasty and selfish bastard, but he was our nasty selfish bastard, so as soon as that ended there was no good feeling anymore.

I'm not sure if it was karsa or Culverhouse or a combination of the three, but managers get lucky with team chemistry etc and maybe he was just very very lucky to assemble a team that was good enough.

He certainly spawned it with Holt and Hoolahan
