Have done since pre covid since it reduces the risk of many cancers.

You probably want one with vitamin K in it as well.

If it's rainy I take more / sunny less. It is fat soluble so overweight people need more. Those with dark skin need more. Poor diet need more.

Overweight, dark skin, poor diet - these are the groups hardest hit by covid...

Don't worry about D2 or D3 as they both get metabolised into the same thing.
