it's an hour or so long but there is a lot of helpful intel in it and no bullschitt and it does help (well it helped my tiny understanding anyway) explain some of the facts as in lowercase facts about the role of vitamin (vitamin) D in the Covids and i recommend a watch of it. Like the feller says he wouldn't recommend a generic dose for everyone as there are a lot of variables but if it's good enough for Dr Fauci then hell yeah it's worth looking into the potential benefits (not just for Covid) of supplementing vitamin D particularly because of where we live for one. I found it fascinating and a refreshing change from the usual blame flinging.
