obviously he has to put tackles in

and I think he does to a large extent; such as the great foot he got in on murphy against charlton. I think he seems to go missing in games because we're playing a 2 man midfield teams can pass by us quite easily so he will seem to go missing for long periods. I certainly feel a lot more confident with him on the pitch than any of our other midfielders - he rarely gives the ball away, is strong in the tackle and always has a goal in him.
