Id like to think norfolk plod have more sense

Utterly ridiculous decision and heaps more mental pressure on people when they really do not need it. Fine make an example of people flagrantly breaking the guidelines but not two pals getting outdoors and having a brew and a chat. *puts a kettle of piss on to boil*
