jan 1991. can anyone remember how bad the weather was? i lived in stafford at the time we got lucky and the eletricity was only off for 24 hours but as students we all really paniced and found a garage and very dangerously drove there to stock up on maltesers. meanwhile at home (notts) they had 5 days of no electricity and had to pt snow down the toilets to flush them. this happened right?
