deals with ethnicity, geographical location, obesity, age etc.

think i will stick with popping vit D supplements and exercising as can't be faffed to emigrate somewhere sunny and there's not much i can do about my ethnicity and don't want to take up smoking again. it's an hour long so not for the chronically attention spannered.
