Yeah, that's very true. I've had to really concentrate on

limiting my news viewing - I was becoming a bit obsessive and it was really pissing myself off. It's not quite as bad now with the demise of Trump and Brexit so called done, but still a lot of s**t. Don't find social media a problem - I only do Facebook and have that tied right down to a few friends and family, so don't see the s**te there
