I'd like to share a dirty secret

Take one large Alan Partridge plate.
Arrange with Ryvita dark rye. Smooth side up.
Smother the lot in sliced cheddar.
Nuke on full power until melted. It's important that some of it (not all) is bubbling like the surface of the sun.
Eat with a cup of tea.

It's the food equivalent of a £5 truck stop handjob. So a friend told me.
