I think it's safe to say (in a non political way) that the government are currently

thrashing out the detail of whatever new arrangements will be introduced and we'll get a PM news conference in the next 48 hours.

My kids are off school for two weeks, but I'd be amazed if they go back at all before at least Feb half term.
