i didn't think it worked quite as well as the old screenwipe, tried too hard

yes it was funny and clever but it lacked that conspiratorial connection with brooker as he went from being at home in his darkened flat to commenting from behind the camera with the front of camera roles going to the unfunny hugh grant and the going through the motions samuel jacko. the queen was top lols though, "smash that like button".
