Quite interesting tbh

We hear a lot about what the club have done well (the nice side of things) - we also seem to look after the youth a bit when they've been released.

I like Drmic, but it's clearly not worked, I think he's on a big contract and the club have decided to move on.

What's interesting is the hard nosed side of that. He's been told he's not in the plans and to find a new club. They let him keep training with the u23s initially to keep him saleable, but once nothing came they've basically then backed up the we don't want you with 'and we're not going to make it comfy, even if you're still on the payroll'

It might not fit the warm and fuzzy image... And I do think that drmic would be a good player in the right side...

But it is nice to think we're not letting people coast once we've decided they're not a part of the plan.

He's been given a clear message, now his responsibility to move on.

Hard, but fair...
