The problem is this.....

we are already dealing with small samples in phase 3 especially amongst minorities who were underrepresented in some cases.

I fully understand the extrapolating of data, and it may prove eventually to be correct.

But do we have enough data to state 0.5 Y deaths with one dose?

Science is about the repeatability of results. Hard to do when you change the variables every few weeks.
We should follow the science as we know it.

It also makes it harder to collect long term data if different people are getting different procedures.
