not so far anyway - the sole criterion so far seems to have been age.
According to google, there are about 500k teachers in the UK - if speed of vaccination is as the gov promises, they could vaccinated in a week. I'm not suggesting that teachers should get absolute priority, but the discussion seems to have been a bit limited ....
