Mrs KC was reminded of these words today via a Facebook memory, 1 year on

“After a few days of furious coughing and losing my sense of taste and smell things are slowly coming back. Today I can taste a radish which is a result! I hope all my family and friends are having a lovely relaxing time and a happy Christmas to one and all”

Back story - my elder daughter Gemma had been to Milan two weeks earlier and did not feel great, and before Milan her other half had been in China on a business trip the week before. He was completely taken out by illness for four days over Christmas.
