If Byram is fit (if...) you'd reckon they'd go with him plus one of mumba/Sam mac as backup in the Prem if we lose Max.

Mumba is still pretty young.

If they follow the old pattern they'll look at them all pre season and take a view on what the pecking order will look like and whether they'd be better developing on loan with regular games elsewhere.

Wheels within wheels.

Obvs it's all playing the odds and sometimes they'll get caught out.
