FWIW in more updated news.

The US Gov have ordered another 100 million doses of the Pfizer vaccine and they have promised to deliver 170 Million doses by the end of June.
That's just the Pfizer vaccine alone.
This doesn't include the Moderna vaccine and any other vaccines that roll out within the new year.
IMHO because companies like Pfizer and Moderna will have competition coming online they have a huge incentive to roll out as many doses as quickly as possible.
Also as already mentioned each Pfizer vaccine bottle actually has 20-40% extra over the expected dose so if the people giving the vaccines are careful they can do even better than predicted.
