that couldn't handle the prem sack their manager because of it
We didn't chuck worthy out and we were pretty s**t last season before the run at the end. I was always happy for worthington to get another chance at taking us up but he blew it/has blown it
I only started defending Souness because the s**t at newcastle isn't his doing, and he tried to sort out a club that pretty fires any manager that drops shearer. So he had to kiss his arse, sort bellamy out, sort robert out whilst other idiots there like Dyer and Bowyer carry on like divvys
That said without him they are just as bad, all the injuries are coming back and they still naff, their fans have a lot to answer for
I don't slag bolton off. I say that Alladyce shoots his mouth off too much but I understand why he does it cos it can get you that decision when a ref knows you've been whining like a baby in the press all the time. His transfer policy works, but could so easily backfire if another club tried it, and I seriously doubt he has a low wage bill there cos he can never get rid of his players, and bolton are in a lot of debt despite getting good crowds. I fail to work out how they are in debt if they have low squads and low wages
Pardew was a joke at west ham last season, he scraped into the play offs finishing 6th, and got through the play offs
The way he turned up to the play off final the year before was rubbish too. But to be fair to him when he did take west ham he learnt from his mistakes and began to play more attacking football instead of negative play
I can take back what I thought of him cos it takes a better person to do what he's done and learn from it.
I genuinely thought Worthington could learn from last season, instead has spectacularly carried on and doesn't deserve anymore chances to turn it round
