Why do you not like the city of Liverpool so much?

(Should say - I have family there, have visited a lot. They’re just people, like people everywhere else.)

Liverpool is staying in Tier 2. I agree with you, it should be in Tier 4, as everywhere else should be. By not doing that we’re condemning people to die over the next few weeks and months. But that’s not the fault of anyone there.
