Not aimed at anyone in this thread in particular but it would be nice for those on soapboxes to recognise:

There's a lot of people for whom covid and/or brexit (and fallout thereof) are not just esoteric, macroeconomic or political concepts, but have already destroyed relationships, families, livelihoods and security.

Including some people on here.
