I think our worst defensive performances in recent weeks

have been when we've started Skipp and Tettey together. It seems like it should be a very solid partnership, but doesn't actually seem to be the case.

Perhaps it leads us to be more careless in possession, so we don't defend as well with the ball (i.e. give it away more in midfield) than if we start with Rupp or Vrancic there.
