What’s really encouraging are the signs he has learnt/is evolving his tactical approach

I still think there have been a few games where he’s been slow to make subs this season but it’s increasingly clear that’s perhaps because he likes to have complete faith in players before throwing them in.

The last few games once he has had fittish, senior options on the bench has seen a couple of the most proactive and effective use of subs by Farke I can really recall.
