With the whole *imminent changes to immigration system* I assume Webber has a strategy to maximise opportunities / minimise downsides in an objective/pragmatic way.

I am unclear on the rules - top 50 FIFA countries, different number of games required at different rankings, etc. I hope we could do something like buy players who are in youth sides of top countries e.g. Argentina U21 players from clubs about to go bankrupt from covid.

More likely a few UK based youngsters. I guess there will be changes i the way we can loan them out to places like Telstar.
