Same here but as it is will chin it off

gonna ring the butchers tomorrow and postpone my order but still pay up front if he likes and then call it in down the road. Got a side of salmon coming in as well but that an be cut up and froze, not so keen to repeat with dry aged beef. Blummin covids.
