Tbh all I can muster is a wry smile recalling the 'we're loaded' chants and a sense of dread, because frankly all but the top half Prem clubs could slide to that kind of (terminal?) decline.

The on the pitch stuff from Webber and Farke has been fun and impressive. The off the pitch stuff contrasts most starkly (and favourably) with other champs and lower Prem clubs. It's exceptional.

Delia must now be one of the most experienced owners in the whole league - we've had at least three eras of success under her watch (worthy, lambert, Neil, Farke)/((Doncaster/McNally/Webber).

Easy to get complacent about the club's willingness to try new stuff, evolve and adapt.

We'll miss this in years to come.
