feared for the west ham goalie there after the first pen

arguing the toss could have brought him a daft second yellow from a less experienced ref and then if he'd come off the line early again for the retake oliver would probably have booked him again anyway. i get it was the letter of the law but klitch (sp?) had his chance and majorly muffed it and didn't deserve a second pop. i'm sure someone will be on soon to argue for the infallible var.
