i suspect what larry is alluding to is

if you try and order something to be delivered to the Norwich branch for you to collect it either not an option or no slots available

thats what i found the other week .. in the end i ordered elsewhere ironically from a Ikea reseller on amazon which worked out cheaper than buying from Ikea and having it delivered to your house which Ikea charge you £40

my impression of ikea is that they disappearing up there own arse
