Things can change pretty quickly.

we went from zero to 2000.

It might be easy to justify that a club could socially distance 20-25% of its capacity.
It might actually be a clever plan for the club to put all 2000 in one stand (apart from cost savings and logistics)

It would be easy to say.....Look.... we did 2000 in one stand...makes no sense the other 3 stands are empty.
