Well I don't consider myself a toff, but I can't recall being

unduly limited to the countryside. Maybe it's the places we go, but we have always gone where we want.
I'm more than happy to see people using the country side, in fact we've been very uplifted to see a huge increase in people and, especially families, out on the hills. It's the ones that treat it like their own filthy hovels that get on my tits
