Greeno needs a bit of confidence and to boss and lead the back four a bit more-IF he's still here. If not, a decent keeper is a must.

A settle right back, a right midfielder and someone creative to partner Saffri-I'd like to see Saffri have a little patch just in front of the back 4, minding/keeping an eye on things, an outlet for the defence and generally linking play-position rather than pace which will hopefully keep him fit long term.
